If you have a query regarding a medical matter please telephone reception to make an appointment to see the appropriate person. If you wish to request a prescription please use the request a prescription section on the Prescription page, send us an email to petworth.surgery@nhs.net or use your online account. It is very important that you do not use this messaging service if you believe that you are acutely unwell and need to see a doctor.
